Example of Employee Onboarding Workflow

First Step

ServiceNow admin or end-user requests a service from the catalog (user provisioning, reset PIN, …)

Second Step

ServiceNow automatically requests order using Kurmi Software northbound API (SOAP on HTTPS)

Third Step

Kurmi executes the requested order and changes are pushed to the systems through built-in connectors

Fourth Step

Kurmi updates service request status and  information (ex: line number in the case of user provisioning) in ServiceNow
