ServiceNow integration

From Kurmi single API, integrate ServiceNow
with more than 20 Unified Communications and Contact Center systems.

Single Point of Integration

Kurmi provides a single point of integration between ServiceNow and 20+ UC systems (Cisco CUCM / Unity / IM&P / Webex Teams / UCCX, Skype for Business, Avaya, Genesys). We are committed to supporting the last versions of these vendors’ APIs over time.

Zero-Touch Provisioning

No more human middleware: new employee provisioning or any unified communications related MACD are requested from ServiceNow and then fully automated via Kurmi.

Inventory Synchronisation

Automatically declare in ServiceNow relevant objects of your infrastructure (device types, dial number range, users profiles by site or department…).

A Complex Integration Process

Without a first in class integration platform complementing your collaboration suite,
the integration can be painful and costly.

Integration with each components

Need to integrate ServiceNow with each component of your Unified Communications (call manager, instant messaging & presence, voice mail, conferencing servers).

Complex APIs

A mix of AXL / REST / SOAP APIs + XML files + SQL to integrate with, implying a costly integration process and support over time.

Highly skilled engineers

ServiceNow integration requires a highly skilled engineering team with in depth expertise in both Telecom/UC infrastructure and ServiceNow.

UC Service Requests Operations Simplified

Full Automation

All the complex workflows required for UC provisioning are fully automated via Kurmi, no more need for human middleware.

Easy Delegation

Easily delegates these service requests to administrators and end-users with no telecom expertise.

Achieve more complex changes

More complex changes can be performed directly from Kurmi UI by your telecom & collaboration administrators.

Example of Employee Onboarding Workflow

First Step

ServiceNow admin or end-user requests a service from the catalog (user provisioning, reset PIN, …)

Second Step

ServiceNow automatically requests order using Kurmi Software northbound API (SOAP on HTTPS)

Third Step

Kurmi executes the requested order and changes are pushed to the systems through built-in connectors

Fourth Step

Kurmi updates service request status and  information (ex: line number in the case of user provisioning) in ServiceNow
